Founded in December 2023 in Milan with 30 properties, Xenia rapidly expanded to 60 apartments in six months using innovative proprietary technology and a dedicated commercial team. Our focus on enhancing service quality, streamlining operations, and anticipating market trends led us to manage 100 properties with an annual turnover of 1.2 million euros by the end of 2024. We have also extended our model to smaller property managers across Italy, with plans to expand into other European cities.
